Itinerary

DAY 1
Arrival at the airport of Yaroslavl. Meeting with the guide.
A city tour with a visit to the Assumption Cathedral, view of the Monument to the "1000th anniversary of Yaroslavl", the Chapel of Alexander Nevsky, the monument to Yaroslav Mudry, the Kazan Women's Monastery, the Yaroslavl Art Museum, a visit to the Church of Ilya the Prophet and the territory of the Spaso-Preobrazhensky Monastery. Walking  along the Volga embankment.
Volga river trip (1 hour).
Lunch.​
Transfer to Rostov Velikiy.
Sightseeing tour in Rostov Velikiy, visiting Museum Preserve Rostov Kremlin territory with outside view of Assumption Cathedral and visiting inside the museum of Finift.
After excursion departure to Yaroslavl.
Accommodation at the hotel.

DAY 2
Breakfast at hotel.
Transfer to Myshkin.
City tour with outside view of  the Assumption Cathedral, a visit to the complex of the Myshkinsky National Museum: “Museum of felt boots”, the House of Crafts, the Miller’s House with a mill. 
Departure to Martynovo. 
Visiting the Museum of Katskari (a complex of peasant huts of the late XIX - early XX centuries, acquaintance with the life of the Central Russian peasant, visiting the farmstead with animals: feeding animals from the hands).
Lunch from the Russian oven in the refectory of the Katskari Museum.
Transfer  to Uglich.
Sightseeing tour of Uglich: the architectural ensemble of the Kremlin including the Chambers of the specific princes, a visit to the Spaso-Preobrazhensky Cathedral, the Church of Dmitry on Blood.
Return to Yaroslavl, night at hotel.

DAY 3
Breakfast at hotel.
Transfer to Kostroma.
Sightseeing tour of Kostroma with outside views of the Trade rows, Fire tower, Epiphany monastery (without excursion inside), the Resurrection Church on the Debra (without excursion inside). Visiting the territory of Ipatievsky monastery with Trinity Cathedral.
Lunch.
Departure to the village of Nekrasovskoye.
The excursion program on the Salt Island, a visit to the only one in Russia landscape Museum-saltworks "The Great Salt". Salt cooking workshop.
Return to Yaroslavl, night at hotel.

DAY 4
Breakfast at hotel, check out.
Transfer to airport of Yaroslavl, departure.
