Itinerary

Day 1
Arrival in Moscow. Accommodation in the hotel.

Day 2
Breakfast. Sightseeing tour of the city: Kremlin embankment, photostops at the Cathedral of Our the Saviour, Novodevichy Convent, the Sparrow Hills with observation platform and the view of Moscow State University, photostops at Poklonnaya Hill with Victory Park, Tverskaya Street and Red Square with views of St. Basil Cathedral. Excursion around the territory of the Kremlin, the historical centre of the Russian capital. Visit to two magnificent cathedrals of the Kremlin.

Day 3
Breakfast. Departure to Vladimir. Sightseeing tour in Vladimir with photostops at the Golden Gates, Cathedral of St. Dmitry. Visit to Assumption Cathedral. Departure to Suzdal. Overnight in Suzdal.

Day 4
Breakfast. Sightseeing tour in Suzdal with photostops at the Suzdal Kremlin, the Convent of Intercession and Spaso-Efimiev Monastery. Excursion to Rozhdestvensky Cathedral. Departure to Moscow. Overnight train to Veliky Novgorod.

Day 6
Breakfast. Departure to Saint-Petersburg. Excursion to Tsarskoye Selo. Visit to Catherine’s Palace with the Amber room. Accommodation in the hotel.

Day 7
Breakfast. Sightseeing tour: Nevsky prospekt, Palace embankment, Spit of Vasilevsky Island, view of Kazansky Cathedral, the Admiralty, the monument to Peter the Great, St. Peter and Paul’s Fortress; photostop at Our Saviour on the Blood Cathedral, St.Isaac’s Cathedral, Palace Square.
Excursion to the Hermitage, the largest museum in Russia, that has 3 million items which are displayed in 4 buildings of the Hermitage Complex.
